From May 28th to May 29th, the technology trade conference for key countries of 2023 Zhongguancun International Technology Trade Fair was successfully held at Zhongguancun Software Park International Conference Center. Under the guidance of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the fair was jointly sponsored by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science Park, Beijing Academy of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "BJAST” or the Academy "), and "Belt and Road" Alliance of International Science Organizations (ANSO). It is co-organized by Zhongguancun Software Park and Network for International Cooperation on Technology Commercialization (NICTC). Wu Jianmin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, attended the fair and delivered a speech.

Wu Jianmin introduced the basic information of Beijing Academy of Science and Technology and its development direction, the key work and the international scientific and technological cooperation in recent years. Its key work focuses on the four advantageous fields (including the smart city, life and health, ecological environment, and analysis and testing), the two fields with characteristics (consisting of science popularization and think tanks for science and technology), and four research and development directions (including new materials, biotechnology, information technology and intelligent manufacturing). He said that the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology attaches great importance to international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation, and has established scientific and technological cooperation relations with 348 institutions in 58 countries. We hope to give full play to the advantages of scientific and technological achievements, resources and services of the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, and promote international technical cooperation, scientific and cultural exchanges, and international technology transfer with more countries and regions. I hope that all guests will take this fair as an opportunity to express their insights, exchange ideas and views, which enlighten the minds and inspire the wisdom, and seek cooperation.

The fair also releases and promotes the "100 Best Innovative Technologies of International Technology Cooperation". The keynote reports and other sessions are also arranged. With the theme of "Industrial Innovation Cooperation between China and Asia and BRICS Countries", the fair promotes the achievements through "China-Israel Pharmaceutical and Health Industry Cooperation", "China-BRICS Industrial Cooperation for Sustainable Development" and "China-Japan Industrial Cooperation on Instrument Equipment and New Materials ".

This event is one of the main activities of the 2023 Zhongguancun International Technology Trade Fair. Based on technical exchanges and application of scientific and technological achievements, it conducted in-depth exchanges on outstanding projects of scientific and technological innovation. By showcasing the achievements, new industry patterns and business models of the latest scientific and technological innovation in relevant industries, it aims to build an information, resource and achievement-sharing platform for domestic and foreign institutions, providing support and services for promoting technological innovation and social development.
